in the latest WooCommerce version the default checkout is blocks version
and be careful that the Company field is NOT available by default:
If you want the Company Field to display in the checkout page of your e-commerce, even if you use the Classic Checkout with the shortcode, it must be activated :
Select the Shipping Address section, click on the Company button and save.
If you use the classic shortcode it must be activated the blocks mode, do the same Company activation, and then activate again the classic shortcode mode
